Story
Sapna Jain serves as the President and Interim Director of Program Development for DAMA Toronto, the local chapter of DAMA International. She is the Founder of Fit Queens in the Durham Region and has contributed to event facilitation and campaign development for Green Urban Revitalization, while actively supporting over 6,000 newcomers, youth, early-career individuals, and those in career transitions, with an increased focus on supporting women. As a professional Career Coach, Employment Specialist, and Mentor with the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC), Sapna is committed to empowering others.

She works at Iron and Earth as a Fund Development Manager and continues to build relationships with startups and nonprofits as an organizational consultant. With over 9 years of experience in program development, curriculum creation, and training delivery, Sapna specializes in managing and adapting educational delivery methods across various platforms and learning models. She is a strategic leader and problem solver with a proven track record in mentorship, organizational and program development, and change management.
Sapna has successfully led initiatives that enhance team performance, streamline processes, and navigate challenging circumstances. Her work is dedicated to empowering adult learners, returning students, and individuals facing employment challenges, while also breaking down generational and societal barriers for underrepresented communities.
